Job description

Are you an experienced Reward Analyst looking for a new challenge? Do you have Compensation and Benefits experience but want to move into a more autonomous Total Reward role? If so, our client could have the ideal next step for you and one that offers a superb opportunity for growth and career development.
Working hybrid at this global property group, you will report directly to their London HRD but work closely with senior stakeholders and the global Reward team.
This exciting role is a mix of reward business partnering with key stakeholders across the UK, and reward and benefits operations across the extensive UK population. As part of the role, you will take ownership for processing the UK payroll, acting as point of contact for the external payroll provider and for escalations.
Key responsibilities will include;

  • Providing full support for UK Reward including drafting the Executive and RemCo papers.
  • Responsibility for the development of calibration models and job benchmarking.
  • Management of the UK benefits including contract management, being the key contact for providers, the renewal processes, and promotion of benefits to employees.
  • Owning and managing the pay review and bonus process, providing support, training, and producing relevant documentation.
  • Account management of outsourced payroll service.
  • Working with the Finance team for forecasting annual bonuses and long term incentives. Assisting with annual reward processes such as LTIP deferrals and STIP deferrals. Maintaining LTIP records for the UK population.

What they are looking for is an experienced Reward Analyst/Advisor with strong benefits management experience including renewal of annual policies, an excellent understanding of benefits management and claims, and solid experience of salary benchmarking and the compensation cycle.
Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP/pivot tables etc.) are essential, along with being a critical thinker who is able to exercise discretion and maturity when dealing with sensitive matters.
For more information, to be considered, or to discuss your next career move please contact John Bruce at Frazer Jones ASAP.
