Senior Sales Administrator

My client is a busy dealership within the motor trade. They are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an already experienced Administrator to take the next step in their career.
Your new role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role behind the scenes, supporting the Sales Team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction by efficiently managing the preparation and processing of relevant documentation prior to handover.
Salary will be based on previous experience and skillset.
You will be:

Leading a small team with varying levels of experience

Diligently maintaining vehicle stock books

Processing vehicle invoices, taxing cars and registering warranty information on vehicles.

Working closely with the accounts department to review reconciliations

Competent in registering new vehicles and processing vehicle transfers

What you'll need to succeed

Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Previous experience as a sales Administrator in the motor trade

Experience using Kerridge/ Keyloop.
