Based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol, the basic salary is £25,000-£28,000 per annum (DOE), with an uncapped commission structure. This is an ambitious business looking for ambitious and career-orientated people wanting to build a future in professional business sales.
Benefits and Package for a Senior Sales Advisor:
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE + commission (typically £500-£2000 per month)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- Contract: Permanent
- Start Date: ASAP (before or after Christmas)
- Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol
- 33 days holiday

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Sales Advisor:
- Re-engaging with recently lapsed accounts to encourage them to use the services again
- Making consultative outbound telephone sales to warm and current customers
- Discussing customers' current contracts and, where necessary, providing a more suitable solution
- Achieving optimum sales targets
- Working with the wider business to build strong working relationships with colleagues
Key Skills and Experience of a Senior Sales Advisor:
- Experience and enjoyment of B2B sales
- Good understanding of the B2B market
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the working environment
- Excellent conversational telephone manner with the ability to be persuasive whilst remaining professional
