Senior Sales Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting Senior Sales Advisors to join a leading UK company who are one of the largest, most innovative, and fastest growing in its field of business services. Based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol, the basic salary is GBP25,000-GBP28,000 per annum (DOE), with an uncapped commission structure. This is an ambitious business looking for ambitious and career-orientated people wanting to build a future in professional business sales.

Benefits and Package for a Senior Sales Advisor:

• Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 per annum DOE + commission (typically GBP500-GBP2000 per month)
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
• Contract: Permanent
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Sales Advisor:

• Re-engaging with recently lapsed accounts to encourage them to use the services again
• Making consultative outbound telephone sales to warm and current customers
• Discussing customers' current contracts and, where necessary, providing a more suitable solution
• Achieving optimum sales targets
• Working with the wider business to build strong working relationships with colleagues

Key Skills and Experience of a Senior Sales Advisor:

• Experience and enjoyment of B2B sales
• Good understanding of the B2B market
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the working environment
• Excellent conversational telephone manner with the ability to be persuasive whilst remaining professional
