Senior Sales and Service Coordinator - Aberdeen. £30,000 to £34,000 per annum dependent on experience, Full time - 44 hours. Benefits include, staff purchase discount, and generous company pension contributions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing service requests from customers quickly and efficiently.
• Get to know our client’s product lines so you can offer help and advice.
• Generate new business in a growing branch by confidently speaking to customers over the phone about our services & products.
• Delivering customer service via e-mail and telephone.
• Nurturing existing client relationships.
• Proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Order processing and giving advice on our products.
• Communicating with credit controllers regarding credit checks / issues.
• Reviewing systems to identify improvements to processes and procedures.
• Prioritise mail to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining responsibility for administrative and customer service support.
• Promote new lines, services, and special priced deals.

Experience, skills, and knowledge required for the role.

• A minimum of 2 year’s store experience.
• GCSEs or equivalent with grades (A-C), in English and Maths.
• CRM preferred but not essential and can be trained.
• Ability to develop and maintain good relationships internally/externally and at all levels.
• Excellent presentation skills and a confident, engaging communicator.
• Highly organised & able to prioritise.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Passion for customer service.
• Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment.
• IT literate, with great skills in Word and Excel in particular.
