Basic £22,000 OTE £35-£45,000+ (with individual commission)

We are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury furniture retailer?for their store in Birmingham (B15). The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth. 
The Senior Sales Consultant:
-?Must have experience in face to face, furniture showroom sales 
- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport 
- Be confident and highly motivated 
- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

Basic salary £22k + plus guarantees + individual commission (up to 4% paid on order; no waiting for delivery to customer) OTE £35,000-£45,000k (the top 10% of sales people across the business earning in excess of £50,000+)?
