My International Client is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a true "Hunter personality". This dynamic role demands someone who is relentless in pursuing new business opportunities, has a proven track record of closing substantial deals and excels in a competitive environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and engaging top-tier clients, driving sales growth, and consistently surpassing targets. Responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers and expanding EWS business with existing customers (New & Add-On Business)
• Building and managing a sustainable pipeline
• Closing big deals and ensuring the required win rate
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers
• Developing a convincing value proposition and a successful EWS offering for your targets

Ideal Candidate

• You have completed a university degree or equivalent further training
• You are a strong salesperson with proven success with major customers in the outsourcing business, ideally in EWS or related areas (e.g., document logistics, digital mailroom, facility management, etc.)
• You have negotiating skills and the ability to convincingly position the USPs of our EWS solutions to customers and conclude commercial agreements and contracts
• You have a broad existing network in the relevant customer segment
• You consistently deliver high performance even under pressure
• You communicate fluently in German and English; French is an advantage
