SalaryOur client are a well established and busy high street estate agency who are currently on the lookout for an experienced Sales Negotiator.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, hardworking and hungry to succeed, with strong local knowledge and previous experience as a property Sales Negotiator.
As a Sales Negotiator you will primarily be attending viewings, negotiating with clients and purchasers to agree property lsales. You will have knowledge of the sales process and the ability to develop relationships with new and existing clients to secure further business. There is good career progression and training for the right candidate
In return our client will offer a basic salary as well as excellent personal commission scheme.
We would be keen to hear from sales & lettings negotiators, lettings valuers, Senior Sales Negotiators, or indeed anyone with relevant property experience
