Sales Negotiator in Marlborough
Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for a new challenge in Wiltshire? Our client, a prestigious estate agency, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team. Position: Sales Negotiator
Location: Marlborough
Salary:

• Up to £30,000 Basic
• £40,000 OTE 

Commission:

• Pooled Commission

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• 1 Saturday per calendar month

Responsibilities:

• Serve the entire Wiltshire region, including the sale of small farms (at a certain value, these are passed to the rural surveyors team)
• Conduct property viewings, valuations, and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Highly motivated and consultative approach
• Familiarity with the Wiltshire region is a plus
