My client is a leading force within the Independent High Street market within the Black Country and Worcestershire area. Now due to expansion, they are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the already successful and passionate team at their award winning Stourbridge office.
The role would suit someone looking to make a move into a dynamic and forward-thinking Independent, my client will look to expand in the future so there is plenty of scope for ambitious Negotiators who want to move up the ladder, alternatively, they would also look at someone who just loves offering exceptional standards of customer service and enjoys selling houses and achieving great results.
The role will include
- Viewings
- Vendor Contact
- Taking chain details
- Cross-selling Financial services appointments, and conveyancing panel solicitors
- Sales Progression
- Taking offers
- Negotiation on offers
- Working with the team to manage office targets
My client would want you to become a member of the NAEA if you already have the qualification that would be advantageous, however they automatically get the staff trained up to this level and ARLA within Lettings.
