Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a market leading independent Estate Agent in the Hove / Brighton area and be part of a truly exceptional team of dynamic, customer focused and highly motivated professionals.

To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience, a proven track record of performing well; experience of valuations and listings would be an advantage but not essential.

You will be self-motivated, have excellent relationship building skills and be able to recognise and secure new business opportunities: All in all, a great Estate Agent!

• Experienced residential estate agent
• Listing / Valuations experience
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Hove / Brighton, Sussex area helpful
• Full Driving License and car owner essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
