They are a family-run franchised Estate Agency based in Harborne, Birmingham, B17. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting to further enhance their excellent team. The agency have recently won Best Estate Agent and Best Lettings Agency at the British Property Awards 2023 for their customer service.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the company’s expansion. If you are the right person for the job, you can expect to explore sales management roles within the next 12 months, providing an excellent opportunity for career advancement.
Hours of work
You will work Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm with one Saturday in 4. The Saturday shift will be 9am -3pm with a day off midweek in lieu.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Proven ability to register applicants within the system and negotiate sales between vendors and purchasers comprehensively, ensuring compliance with AML regulations
- Strong organisational skills to handle multiple sales aspects simultaneously
- Experience with the CRM system Alto is an advantage
- Ability to work alongside local solicitors and mortgage brokers, leveraging strong existing relationships
- The ability to upload property listings to various portals on behalf of the property valuer
- The ability to manage social media platforms is not a strict requirement for the right candidate but would be advantageous
What will your role look like?
- Be responsible for booking valuations, viewings, and maintaining customer records and achieving sales targets
- Carrying out viewings, negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers, generating leads for both mortgage appointments and solicitors
- Regular participation in team meetings and quarterly planning sessions with the sales director
- You will show dedication to client care, including producing monthly marketing reports for vendors and managing client expectations throughout the process
- Assist in the creation and coordination of social media content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. While beneficial, proficiency in all platforms is not strictly required for the ideal candidate
