Company Overview: Our client is an independent real estate agent located in Hainault. Due to a fantastic 2023 they are looking to strengthen their sales department and hire a Sales Negotiator
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the real estate buying and selling process.
- Property Valuations: Conduct property valuations to determine accurate listing prices and advise clients on market trends.
- Listing Management: Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and compelling representation.
- Negotiation: Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure the best possible deals.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Hainault.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary £20,000 - £25,000 pa (dependent on experience).
- Uncapped earning potential through a scaled commission structure.
- Realistic OTE of £40,000 pa.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (with a day off in the week).
