SalaryResponsibilities for this Senior Sales Negotiaor role will include:
- Lead from the front
- Spearhead a Division
- Conduct valuations and appraisals of residential properties in the Chelmsford area.
- Secure new property listings through effective prospecting and client relationship management.
- Accompany potential buyers on viewings, showcasing properties with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for our vendors.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
- Contribute to the achievement of branch sales targets and objectives.
- Proactively identify and develop sales leads through various marketing channels.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator in a reputable estate agency.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving outstanding results.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- A strong understanding of the Chelmsford property market and its trends.
- A positive and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for the property industry.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales skills and an ability to close
- A valid UK driving licence
Basic salary is circa £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus bonuses, £3k car allowance and other financial incentives. Realistic OTE of circa £45,000 - £50,000 per annum including car allowance.
