Senior Sales Negotiator

My Client, an established large independent estate agency based in Essex passionate about providing a truly personal service to our clients are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for someone with two years experience +. This is a great opportunity with fantastic progression.Duties/Functions of the role:

• Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
• Undertaking valuations and securing new instructions
• Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
• Sales progression
• Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.

Requirements of the role:

• Previous experience in Estate Agency with a proven track record of valuations and winning instructions.
• Full UK Driving License
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment is essential
• Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
• Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary Budgets: Basic GBP22k, GBP40-GBP42K OTE, Car Allowance of GBP200-GBP250pcm, GuaranteeRequired Working Hours: 8.30am-6pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30-5.30pm Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturdays, 5 day week.Please contact Jessica Martin in our Agency and New Homes Team if this role is at interest.
