SalaryA forward thinking property company based in Essex are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator.
You will be required as a Sales Negotiator / Lister / valuer with a strong track record in this field.
Must be able to self-generate stock therefore you must have experience in this type of work, be organized, efficient and able to work at a quick pace and accurately.
You will also need to be able to deal with vendors and buyers, together with solicitors on a one to one basis with confidence and knowledge of the property laws.
This job can be pressurised and so you will need to be able to work while maintaining an excellent customer service at all times. Candiate with NAEA would be beneficial but not essential. You will be someone who has the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise their work and day. Have good typing skills. Use word, excel, (Jupix / Street Software System.
Travel is an important part of this job so a full driver’s licence with business car insurance is essential.
