We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Salesforce Administrator reporting into our Global Data Integration and Systems Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of implementing and managing complex Salesforce solutions. As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll primarily be responsible for the ongoing configuration, maintenance and administration of the platform, whilst also driving integrations and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations with third-party tools and platforms.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. Design and implement complex flows to suit business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to implement Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other customization as needed.
- Implement and maintain data quality processes, including data cleansing, deduplication, and migration.
- Create and maintain data models, ensuring accurate and efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Design and create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilise Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices, ensuring the organization is leveraging the latest features and functionalities.

- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem trends and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of governance best practices to ensure the stability and scalability of the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with release management and change control processes
Essential -
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- 3 + Years Salesforce experience
- Competent/Experienced knowledge with Flow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, Adaptable and flexible to change
