Senior Scientist - Single Cell Sequencing

Key Responsibilities:

You will design and execute assay development and improvements.

For this position, you will be accountable for running the company's Single Cell capture and processing workflow to produce Single Cell RNAseq and TCRseq data.

Conduct RNA extractions and multicolour flow cytometry experiments.

Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in an immunology, cell biology or similar discipline.
• Familiarity with molecular biology and genomics applications - particularly those pertaining to Single Cell RNA sequencing.
• Acquaintance with human primary cell culture as well as immunoassays, including multi-parameter flow cytometry.
