SalarySenior Secretary - Finance on an initial 12 month FTC, but every chance this will go permanent. Salary up to £45,000.
This role will require the Senior Secretary to be picking up work from the Finance hub, but as this is a Partner heavy team they will have dedicated Partners to support.
This role will require a Senior Secretary who has billing experience.
A large part of the role with require the Senior Secretary to arrange complex travel as a lot of Partners will be travelling, (sometimes last minute) so will need to be reactive and flexible to these requests.
The Partners and Fee Earners in the Finance team are really friendly and they work really well together.
Experience required:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
- Previous experience of document management systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent diary management
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Applies knowledge and judgement to solve problems and make decisions
- Experience of delegating to, and training, less experienced team members
