They would consider an experienced Service Advisor looking for a step up or current Senior Service Advisor to join their team delivering excellent customer service, able to build great rapport and confident to upsell products / service plans to assist in driving the sales.
Our Client is offering the successful Senior / Service Advisor:
- A Basic Salary of up to £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus (£48,000 OTE)
- Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm With 1 In 3 Saturday’s on rota
- Well-Established Main Dealer Working Environment
- Manufacturer Training & Career Development Opportunities
- Managing a team of Service Advisors
- Seeing customers in and out
- Upsell of Service Plans and Warranty
- Preparation of Job Cards
- Organising Collections and Deliveries
- Paperwork processing
- Preparation and Completion of Invoices
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor with Main Dealer Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
- Trade knowledge and sales skills
- Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
- An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
- Ability to Multitask
