Job Description:
What will you work on?
As a Senior Service Delivery Analyst, your work will transcend daily IT operations, focusing on strategic initiatives that enhance our IT service alignment with business goals. You'll lead in solving complex technical challenges, mentor the Service Desk team, and drive the adoption of best practices to optimise Service Delivery.
How will you create impact?
Offer expert-level technical support, addressing escalated incidents with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Take part in the design and implementation of innovative IT solutions, ensuring they deliver value and efficiency.
Optimize IT processes, championing efficiency and effectiveness, while adhering to ITIL best practices.
Follow up with end users on ticket status, monitor call volumes and prioritise responses, and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
Drive knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team, enhancing the collective expertise and service quality.
How will you fit into the team?
You have excellent analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments
You know how to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system software and hardware
You are service minded and interact effectively with others while resolving technical issues for a wide range of IT applications and services
What are your skills and experience?
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or demonstrated related experience
Proven proficiency with Office 365, Mobile devices, Wireless Technology, Microsoft Intune, Neat bar and Video Conferencing solutions (Zoom), Microsoft Windows 10/11
Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems including Microsoft Active Directory, with an understanding of Microsoft networks, Web Browsers, Microsoft Office Professional Software Suite, and Enterprise Anti-virus software
The following are considered beneficial but not mandatory for the role:
Experience with Intune, ABM, ServiceNow
Experience working with Macs
Experience with remote management tools such as ConnectWise or Addigy
ITIL Foundations certification
