Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure and systems.
Manage Service Desk tickets effectively and efficiently.
- Dealing with joiners and leavers of the business.
Implement IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Profile
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
