SalaryWe are actively working with an award winning, bespoke developer who require a Senior Site Manager for existing site in St Andrews. The site you will be overseeing consists of approx 70 units and will be a mixture of timber frame and light gauge steel frame homes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day on-site activities
- Responsible for driving the program and delivering quality products for customers.
- Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors
- Keeping site records and registers up to date
- Responsible for all health and safety on site.
- Management of additional site team including development assistant manager
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Site Manager in residential sector
- Fife based, or within commutable distance of St. Andrews
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Experience in light gauge steel frame construction
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work are all required
