Senior Site Manager

Contract Scotland are working closely with a prominent general building contractor to source an experienced Senior Site Manager for a prestigious project in St Andrews.
Our client boasts a varied project portfolio, operating in a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, residential and education. You will be supported by a well-established and highly committed team focused on delivering projects in a safe and timely manner. Projects you will oversee could range from GBP500k - GBP6m in value.
As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Day-to-day site management.
- Ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining and developing site records.
- Pushing forward projects in line with budget and quality guidelines.
- Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
- Playing a key role in mentoring and training junior members on site.
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience managing projects within the construction industry, be confident in managing and maintaining site records, and be a driven and strategic individual who is confident and motivated in working collaboratively toward the success of a shared goal.
