Senior Site Manager

Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire aSenior Site Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Leicestershire.

The company:

Our client in a national contractor who predominately work on affordable housing developments.

The role entails:

Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site

Liasing with clients

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project

Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs

Essential requirements:

Driving licence and own transport.

What are we looking for?

A strong background as a Senior Site Manager or a Site Manager looking to progress into their next role

Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively

Relevant industry qualifications - SMSTS, 1st Aid
