Senior Site Manager – Prime Residential Refurbishments 

A successful, well regarded prime refurbishment and new build main contractor are seeking a Senior Site Manager to help deliver on a recently acquired scheme. 

The Senior Site Manager will work alongside a team that have delivered some incredibly complex and valuable refurbishment schemes throughout Prime Central London and Surrey.

They also cherry pick their work, so you’re not sat on a project that has been won by under-pricing the job, constantly battling site teams and subcontractors – there is profit built in for every element of the supply chain, creating a more collaborative working environment.

The Senior Site Manager role 

Prime London refurbishment experience is essential.

You’ll be based on a complex £12 million refurbishment / listed knock through in the heart of Kensington. 

The Assistant Site Manager and site team will report directly to you and you’ll be assisted by a visiting contracts manager.  

The Senior Site Manager Requirements 

Prime residential refurbishment experience 

A good understanding of structurally complex schemes 

Carpentry background preferred

Ability to Program – MS Projects or Asta 

In return 

£70,000 - £80,000
