Senior Site Manager - Residential Main Contractor
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager to join our clients team at a leading residential main contractor. As the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Groundworks and Frames packages for residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating all aspects of Groundworks and Frames packages
* Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Leading and motivating site teams to deliver high-quality work
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
* Implementing health and safety procedures and ensuring compliance on site
* Managing site logistics and coordinating deliveries
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry
* Strong knowledge of Groundworks and Frames packages
* Previous experience with soil stabilization and ground remediation is highly desired
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
