Senior Social Media Executive - Global Accountancy Network - Remote Working

A fantastic, fully remote opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media specialist to join a leading Accountancy Network to manage and grow their Social Media channels.

The successful applicant will be joining one of the largest accounting networks in the world, with over 200 independent accounting and advisory firms in more than 140 countries. It is also one of only seven global firms in Gartner’s "magic quadrant" for risk consulting services. Headquartered in the US, the network has a total global workforce of more than 40,000 professionals. Working from the UK, you will be joining a global team, providing a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to progress their career with a global brand. Identifying the latest trends in the digital and Social Media landscape, the Senior Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the network’s Social Media accounts, inputting into and helping to deliver the overall Social Media strategy and content calendar and creating and delivering a Social Media content plan and strategy. Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and compliance in the development of all Social Media content, you will share and provide training on Social Media best practice and latest trends with member firms and must reinforce the network’s global Social Media policy and address non-compliance issues. The role holder will be expected to build and manage stakeholder relationships through knowledge sharing and expectation management and will need to provide regular insight into the effectiveness of content and measurement against key performance indicators.

Proactive and efficient with a solutions driven and delivery focused attitude, the chosen candidate will be a bright communications or digital graduate or equivalent with proven experience in a dedicated Social Media role gained whilst working in a leading accountancy firm. A track record in Social Media management, excellent writing, editing and Social Media content creation skills and past success in stakeholder relationship management, both internally and with suppliers, are all prerequisite. Creative with outstanding accuracy and attention to detail and excellent organisation and project management skills, the Senior Social Media Executive must also have an eye for emerging trends and the ability to accurately convert technical content into compelling copy.
