As a Senior Social Worker in this team, you’ll: 

  • Have a passion for supporting staff to achieve their full potential. 
  • Have the chance to support the team to deliver a high quality services with a clear focus on strength based assessment.  
  • Continue to promote independence and opportunities, ensuring that these have positive outcomes. 
  • Have proven record of supporting staff through case load management. 

It goes without saying, you will need a professional social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS) or other social work qualification certified by Social Work England.
