They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of LAMP stack applications to support the company's real estate analytics platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop efficient and high-quality code in languages such as PHP, JavaScript, and SQL, following best practices for software development.
- Optimise application performance and scalability to support data-intensive analytics and real-time processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, providing ongoing support for existing applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on coding standards and development practices.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the LAMP stack and software development.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer, with a strong background in LAMP stack applications (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong experience with database design and management, including MySQL or similar databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in real estate analytics or a related industry is a plus.
