Senior Sous chef required for this multi outlet venue based in a rural location. the site includes retail, accommodation, restaurant and functions/ hospitality. As an experienced Sous chef you will support the management and work within the team demonstarting your culinary skill and experience. You must be confident in COSH, HACCP, Allergen awarenesss and Natashas Law.
