Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef for our prestigious client based in the Market Drayton area.
This is a permanent role for the right candidate.
Duties will include:-
- Working along the Head Chef to execute culinary vision and high food quality.
- Contribute ideas to the menu.
- Lead kitchen staff to ensure a positive and efficient environment.
- Ensure food preparation is executed to the highest of standards to meet customers expectations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff.
- Assist with staff rotas.
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure quality control measurements are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:-
- Proven experience as Sous Chef level.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment.
Working five days out of 7. 48 hours a week and paid overtime.
This position can offer a live in option if required.
