The Offer:
- Starting salary of up to £39,000
- No Late nights
- 40 hours across 7 days (usually Mon-Fri) occasional weekends

The Role:
As a Senior Sous Chef you will be responsible for the oversight, development, and production of high-end food within a fast-paced environment. Working within a production kitchen you will work in conjunction with the team to deliver on quality and speed. The brand is supported by a Michelin starred chef and have an inclusive approach to seasonal menu development.
Your responsibilities include:
- Development and production of menu items to spec standards
- Leadership of a small but dedicated team
- Ensure a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Stock management and rotation
- Being an inspiration in the kitchen, leading with integrity and attention to detail
The Chef:
You will be ideally already working at Sous level or above and be skilled all sections.
