Keystream have a fantastic contract opportunity for a candidate with experience working as a Logistics Coordinator and also as a stock and Asset Management Officer. The successful candidate will be working in a busy warehouse and have great communication skills. The opportunity is to start in mid-February and will be for an initial 3 months.
The successful candidate will have experience with the following duties:
- Experienced in working in a warehouse environment, receiving and sending IT goods
- Proficient in Asset Management, tracking goods in/out, logging assets into the organisations Asset Management system
- Experience managing 3rd party suppliers inc. courier companies, disposal companies,
- Oversee disposals and ensuring all processes are followed
- Good customer service skills as will be required to engage with ICB staff and GP Practices to support delivery of goods
- May be a requirement to use organisations van for collections/deliveries but majority will be managing via courier
The role is based in Romford and being on site is essential for this role. Having a valid license would be beneficial.
