Location: Home working
Remuneration: Up to £75k per annum, dependant upon experience
Commitment: Mon-Fri 35 hours per week
We are currently seeking a Senior Strategic Asset Management Consultant. This role sits within the Asset Management workstream.
The Senior Asset Management Consultant will have a deep understanding of the housing sector and relevant legislation including building compliance.
Will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Asset Management strategies that align with our clients’ corporate objectives and operational models.
As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development and ongoing success of the Asset Management business workstream with the support of senior leadership. The Senior Asset Management Consultant will have a leading role in our team in the development and delivery of consultancy client work across a range of activities. This will involve managing client relationships and projects, building Altair’s profile with senior stakeholders in social housing and beyond, and developing the skillsets of junior members of staff.
Consultancy work is completed in a mix of on and offsite engagement with clients- flexibility and a desire to work with people is required to meet the needs of our clients.
