Harmonic are thrilled to be working exclusively with this Creative Integrated Agency, helping to find their new Senior Strategist to lead across a wide range of accounts. The agency is well respected in the industry and with clients ranging from luxury, technology and finance including a combination of big names and smaller challenger brands.

The Role

Acting as a day-to-day lead across a variety of accounts and projects this person will help set the agencies creative direction and drive development across the business. This person will also work with the director to help craft compelling strategic thought that can not only drive impact commercially but change how people view that brand.

This role would suit best a Senior Strategist or planner ready to make a next step up in their career as there can be quick progression to director in this team.

Responsibilities

• Crafting brand and communications strategies
• Presentations both internally and externally that are engaging and with innovative thought
• Facilitation of brainstorms, workshops and feedback sessions
• Helping on all stages of a strategic process from initial research and ideation to execution
• Development within the agency more generally in how success is measured and evaluation of work
• Being at the forefront of new business opportunities

What We Need to See (Essential)

• Prior expertise in an agency strategy/planning role
• An ambitious attitude
• Ability to condense complex ideas and brands into clear thoughts and directions
• Ability to develop strong relationships with other team members and clients
• Expertise across a multitude of channels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and innately curious approach to work

What We Need to See (Desirable)

• Experience in B2B & B2C
• Experience in tech / life sciences / luxury sectors

Salary: 60-70k
