Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing first tier supervision, support and guidance to Subcontracts Specialists and Graduates including peer review of internal and external contract documentation.
• Advising project and tender teams on sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Developing comprehensive RFQ/ITT documents.
• Undertaking commercial/contractual evaluations.
• Negotiating, drafting and executing contractual agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with internal subcontracting policies, processes and procedures.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders and promoting cross department engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with current and potential suppliers.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree qualification in Law, Business or Quantity Surveying.
• Relevant experience gained in a subsea/oil and gas contract/subcontract environment.
• Experience of Supplier Performance Management, LOGIC contracting principles and ERP Systems.
• Effective team player, with strong mentoring skills and the ability to support and develop the team.
• Ability to confidently negotiate contractual/commercial terms.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with good command of English language.
