We are seeking an experienced Children's Therapeutic Senior Support Worker to be a part of our newly established children's home .

Requirements

• Ideal candidates will have experience as a Senior Residential Support Worker or Residential Support Worker in homes graded 'Good' or 'Outstanding'. Additionally, experience working with trauma-experienced children in other settings (e.g., social care, youth offending, SEN) is highly valued.
• Ideally, possess the Level 3/4 Diploma in Children s Residential Childcare and a clean UK driving license.
• Demonstrate resilience, kindness, and a commitment to go above and beyond for the well-being of our children.
• Flexibility to work including weekends and at least one sleep-in shift per week.
