Senior Support Worker

The role of Senior Support Worker involves role modelling good practice to the team and supporting staff to maintain consistently high standards of service delivery. Candidates should have significant experience of supporting people with autistic spectrum condition and learning disabilities.

As part of the management team, you will need excellent organisational skills and will be able to regularly update computerised records and documentation. Excellent communication skills are required of the successful candidate, as you will be regularly supporting client with meeting families, friends and other professionals.

About the service: The house is currently home to one man and two women. All of the clients are fully involved in the running of their home and will need you to support them with cooking, cleaning, laundry and gardening. Providing the clients with personal care is an important part of our work as is promoting their emotional well-being.
