In the role you will contribute to the management and coordination of a team of Support Workers. In the role you will also provide crucial independent living support to some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

The Role:
- Assist in the management and coordination of a team of Support Workers
- On-call responsibilities and help with preparing and adjusting care plans
- Staff Spot Checks
- Hands on support work to provide full range of personal care, Medication Support and assistance with food and fluids.
The Person:
- Background in health and social care as a care or Support Worker
- Looking to step up into a senior role
- Must have a valid UK driving licence
