In this role you will have the ability to improve Systems and support the working practices of over 20,000 NHS personnel.
You will be joining an ambitious technical services company with a dedicated and ambitious management team with a bright future. Having started life as an IT Services partner to the NHS, the company now employ over 100 personnel and deliver enterprise solutions that have a huge impact on the ability of the NHS to deliver clinical care.
Essential
- A technologist, with a keen interest in building technical solutions.
- At least five years’ experience in senior technical role.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
- Designing and updating documentation throughout the service life cycle that is aligned to our ISO processes and includes: service design, implementation, and knowledge transfer supporting mobilisation and development of colleagues.
- Excellent knowledge, with demonstrable experience, of supporting and implementing Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft System products (including specifically MECM), Microsoft Azure, M365/Office365 and InTune.
- Recognised current Microsoft qualification/exam pass combined with evidence of continued professional development.
What will you do:
- Consult directly with internal and external stakeholders, scoping technical solutions.
- Design plan and document technical solutions
- Plan and document technical work packages.
- Implement technical solutions, configuring systems following plans and designs.
- Assist in the transition of solutions into live service, developing documentation, process and delivering training.
