Senior Tax Associate

We have a fantastic full-time opportunity available for a Senior Associate to join our growing Global Mobility Services practice inNewcastle.

We work on exciting projects with a broad range of clients; from start-ups who are setting up their mobility programme and thinking through the best way to manage their expanding global workforce to established large global and FTSE 100 companies who are undergoing mobility transformations to keep up with the changing demands of global workforce mobility in a post pandemic world.

Our Global Mobility teams help employers make the most of their biggest asset, their people, by aligning People, Tax and Mobility strategies with business performance. Nationally, our Partners and over 500 professionals provide expert advice and solutions to organisations in areas including tax, global mobility, payroll, business traveller compliance, remote working, social security, employer solutions, workforce transformation and immigration. Our clients operate in every industry and vary from large established multinationals to unlisted UK companies taking their first steps into the global marketplace.

Qualifications

• Support delivery of client projects by building relationships with client counterpart(s), producing quality client deliverables, delegating work to the team whilst reporting to Managers and above
• Establish strong relationships with globally mobile employees through briefings and addressing technical questions
• Solve challenges for our clients, conduct Global Mobility assessments and make recommendations
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and to introduce relevant Subject Matter Expert teams
• Contribute to proposals, presentations and workshops to new and existing clients and develop new thought leadership as we continue to grow market share
• Support and deliver presentations and training to our wider colleagues, and help coach more junior members of staff
• Assist with the financial management of projects e.g. billing and code management
