Your Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Tax Partner, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the U.S. Tax Partner by providing a high level of tax knowledge, understanding and judgement.
- Assist in the growth and development of the U.S. Tax practice.
- Preparation and review of U.S. income tax returns for clients including specialized areas such as international taxation, and hedge funds / private equity funds.
- This role will include supervision of tax staff and providing tax advisory services.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 6 – 8 years’ experience in U.S. taxation with a focus on partnerships and corporations, ideally within an international accounting firm.
- Significant compliance and consulting experience with financial services such as investment partnerships, hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and captive insurance
