This role will see the Senior Technical Manager overseeing multiple residential projects from cradle-to-grave within a well-backed private developer.

The business currently has a healthy pipeline of projects, multi-unit, bespoke designed bespoke housing schemes. In line with the business' growth plans and demands of the upcoming schemes they are recruiting for a Senior Technical Manager.
Description
As the Senior Technical Manager you will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with all other department heads in a broad role based in the office in South London. Decision-making is quick and the business is driven by opportunity, not process. You will be required to:
- Oversee the upcoming projects pre-planning through delivery
- Support on future schemes from land appraisal to handover
- Identify and appoint design consultants with a view to forming long-standing partnerships
- Design and implement scalable processes and procedures to support the growth of the business
Profile
A successful Senior Technical Manager should have:
- A qualification in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering or Construction
- Previous experience in a similar role within a property developer (ideally demonstrating cradle-to-grave project experience)
- Strong understanding of technical challenges relating to residential development (architectural and engineering aspects)
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to coordinate external and internal teams
You will be comfortable being in office/on site 5 days/week. Some flexibility is on offer but working from home is not formalised.
