Their Extensive network consists of 12 leading lettings and estate agencies, and have made over 50 strategic acquisitions to date.
Due to growth, there is an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic Marketing Team as a Senior Technical Marketing Executive. This is a full time, permanent position located in London. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Let’s talk about the role, it involves:
- Lead technical development, support, and engagement strategy for the company’s digital customer portal.
- Manage website architecture, ensuring technical improvements, SEO best practices, and effective lead generation.
- Align marketing with sales and operations, integrating the company CRM with all digital marketing platforms.
- Supervise the website team, including the content executive and digital marketing assistant.
- Strategically develop the marketing tech stack, overseeing chat bot execution, lead generation software, email marketing, and Trustpilot.
- Report on lead generation, digital engagement, and departmental strategic objectives.
- Handle queries from suppliers and internal branch staff.
- Perform additional duties as needed to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department.

- Proficient in digital technologies, including website CMS and lead generation software.
- Skilled in line management with a passion for the technical aspects of digital marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in core Google tools, such as Looker Studio, Cloud, and Search Console.
