SalaryAn Elite FinTech Firm is looking for a highly talented Technical Writer ideally with financial services experience to join an elite group in group of individuals.

Role:
- Collaborate with internal engineering and development teams to obtain an in depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation that is accurate, comprehensive, and tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Write, edit, and publish content for use on wikis such as Confluence and use of self-documenting code tools like Sphinx
- Structure and organize documentation effectively to enhance readability, discoverability, and ease of collaborative editing
- Proactively identify and address documentation gaps or areas for improvement, and hold teams accountable
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate the documentation process when appropriate
- Assist in developing documentation strategies and workflow improvements
- Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and guidelines
Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Author/Writer/Documentation Engineer, ideally with experience in Financial Services
- Familiarity with Infrastructure technology (both on-prem and cloud)
- A Computer Science Degree is heavily advantageous but not essential
