Salary: £31,500 with bonus £46,000+

A prominent player in the automotive industry is currently in the process of seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of a Senior Vehicle Technician for our Ford dealership located in Northampton. As a valued member of our team, you will report directly to the Aftersales Manager, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our operations.
This full-time position boasts a 40-hour working contract, offering a competitive basic salary of £31,250, with an enticing On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £46,000. The standard workweek spans from Monday to Friday, accompanied by the occasional Saturday morning on a rotational basis.

Required Skills & Experience
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess a relevant formal qualification, such as City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3, as a minimum requirement. We are actively seeking individuals who exhibit the following attributes and skills:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in the inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
- Possess a MOT Tester qualification (highly advantageous)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience within a franchised dealership is preferred, though not mandatory
