A leading property rental platform, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Tenancy Manager to join our dynamic tenancy management team in Warwickshire.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in pre tenancy within a lettings business and will provide outstanding customer services with an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tenancy applications and the move-in process
- Ensure property compliance and legal requirements
- Conduct quarterly landlord care calls to maintain strong client relationships
- Facilitate tenancy deposits and dispute resolutions
- Drive personal and company targets to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the department head for ongoing training and support to the team
- Develop and maintain excellent rapport with clients, understanding their unique requirements
- Collaborate with the wider team to streamline processes and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in the property rental market
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications and Skills:
- Genuine interest in the property industry with a strong understanding of the rental market
- Proven track record in lettings, passionate about delivering high levels of customer care
- Excellent telephone skills, quickly building rapport with clients
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and relevant software applications

- Permanent, Full-time position
- GBP27,500 per year salary

- Monday to Friday schedule (No weekends)
