The role holder will need to have oversight of the development of Test Solutions for the MTG & BC55T projects. Task includes the definition and implementation of both in-house and subcontracted Test Solutions.

+ Support to Test Solution subcontractor

+ Leonardo representative at supplier engineering design reviews

+ Supplier document reviews

+ Acceptance of subcontracted Test Solutions

+ Cost and program reporting

+ Overview of in-house test development activities

+ In-house test solution software & hardware upgrades

+ In-house test solution documentation

+ In-house document review & issuing

+ In-house software review

+ In-house software release

+ Preparation of in-house test solution certification material

+ In-house Production support

Key Performance Indicators - Test Solutions Engineer

+ Experience in test solution requirements capture / writing

+ Outsourcing of Test Solutions and supplier management

+ Microwave, digital and analogue test requirements capture experience

+ Microwave, digital and analogue test development experience

+ NI LabVIEW/Teststand application knowledge

+ Windows/Microsoft Office experience, including Microsoft Project

+ Leonardo configuration management tool - Teamcenter Unified

+ Security Cleared to Secret for BC55T Test Solution tasks
