Our client, an established multi-disciplinary planning and design consultancy, are urgently looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to work as part of their established team based in Carwley. The successful Senior Town Planner will be working to deliver expert planning advice and solutions for their clients on a variety of residential, commercial, mixed-use and retail developments.

In this instance applications are sought from candidates with extensive planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment, and will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI.

Within the role the successful Senior Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
